TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website www.atunya.com (“Website”) is operated by the Swedish company Atunya AB with organization number 559252-8169, VAT SE559252816901 (referred to as Atunya/we/our/us). These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Website and the Webshop. Atunya reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions are those accessible on the website.

All content on the website and the webshop, including without limitation designs, text, illustrations, photographs, logos, images and film, are the intellectual property of Atunya or its content suppliers and all trademarks and/or company names mentioned, displayed or otherwise indicated on the website are the property of their respective owners. The Website and Webshop and their content may only be used for personal, non-commercial, purposes.

Nothing contained on the Website or Webshop should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any material appearing on the website, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, without our prior written approval or the written approval of such third party that may own the rights to the material displayed on the website.

The webshop and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including with respect to fitness for a particular purpose and as to the webshop’s operation or content. Atunya disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Atunya disclaims any and all liability for any and all damages arising from the use of or inability to use the webshop.

SHOPPING AT ATUNYA.COM

Orders shall be placed on the website. It is essential that you examine our confirmation of your order to ensure that it is correct. In case of error or if you wish to modify your order, please contact us immediately. Due to Swedish legislation, we are obliged to demand written permission from a legal guardian when the customer is below 18 years of age.

By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree to subscribe to our newsletter. You can at any time cancel the subscription by following the link available at the bottom of every e-mail.

AVAILABLE STOCK

All data shown on the product level are data in connection with Atunya warehouse. When we receive new deliveries of a product to the warehouse or if a product is sold out, data might change.

GOODS

Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Be aware that the colors of goods, as shown on the website, will depend on several factors, such as your display settings. You will find a description of product details and what is included with the product in the corresponding written description.

All goods are subject to availability, and we may not be able to accept and supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time. Our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund any money paid to us for such order, by crediting your credit card. If you have placed an order which we are not able to deliver and therefore cannot accept, we will make sure to contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

PAYMENT

Questions regarding payment are referred to Klarna’s app and customer service.

PRICES

All prices listed on the website include a Swedish value-added tax of 25 %. Charges for toll and taxes might be charged by the authorities in the receiving country depending on the legislation in that country. Such charges shall be paid by the customer. Atunya cannot inform the customer about these charges. The customer is responsible for the administration for payment and the payment of such charges.

The prices stated in the webshop are valid as long as the goods are available or nothing else is stated on our website.

DELIVERY – SHIPPING

In the checkout, when proceeding to the payment, you can see what countries we ship to. All prices are listed exclusive of freight charges. The freight charge is added to the price and shall be paid by the customer. The freight charge is announced when placing an order.

We only provide the information necessary about you to the companies involved in delivering your order, handling your payment and the transport to your home, for example, your telephone number in case there is any problem with delivering your order.

GIFT CARD

Valid one year from issue date.  For use on Atunya.com in the same currency as when purchased. Gift cards cannot be returned and refunds will refunded with same payment method as for the purchase. Validation is based on issue date.

CUSTOMS

USA: If you order below US$800 you don’t have to pay any taxes. For orders above 800 USD, please contact the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Canada: Depending on the destination address, you will have to pay either GST (Goods and Service Taxes) or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) on all orders above CAN$20. Please contact the Canada Border Services Agency for information about what taxes apply for your order.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?

Our ambition is to send your order as soon as possible. If you place your order before 14.00, it will be sent the same day. Keep in mind that delivery may be longer during periods of high sales and holidays.

At the checkout, you will see exactly what prices and delivery methods apply to your order.

FORCE MAJEURE

If Atunya fails to comply with its obligations according to these General Terms and Conditions because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure, Atunya will not be responsible for the consequences. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

DISPUTES

We do our best to make all our customers satisfied. We always try to help you if something is wrong with your purchase. If we cannot settle, we recommend you to file a complaint with The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) for an independent examination. We always pursue with The National Board for Consumer Complaints recommendation.
