RETURN POLICY

Atunya has a 14-day return policy: any unwanted items must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your items to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice, and include your printed order confirmation in the box to ensure timely processing.

Please note that when making a return we will charge 7,5 EUR when refunding you. If you make an exchange, there is no charge.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition: make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached. All products that come in their own box must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Atunya reserves the right to reject any returned items that do no meet the above requirements.

Please also note that we reserve ourselves from products being sold out when you wish to change color or size. If this is the case, we will contact you through e-mail. In case we don’t receive a response within 3 days, we will credit your order, and you are more than welcome to make a new purchase.

We are not accepting returns on underwear if labels and/or any seals are removed.

CAMPAIGNS

If you choose to return one or more products at promotional purchases where a product was followed on the purchase, the free product should also be returned in unopened/original order.

If you choose to keep the free product, we will send an invoice for the product’s value. You can not use multiple discounts at the same time.

You can use a discount together with a gift certificate.
